You can find Out of Town on Instagram so be sure to follow them for more product releases as well as the launch of their new website! For now, here’s a peek at what I’ve got my eye on. Does anyone else feel like they can take on the world with that back pack?!
After unpacking from Greece, I then re-packed and was off again to sunny Marbella for the most amazing hen-do ever with a particularly awesome group of ladies. With military organisation and an itinerary to rival most we spent 4 fun packed days that had us exploring the town, drinking & dining along the infamous Puerto Banus stretch, partying at Ocean Beach club, unicorn riding from our catamaran cruise, tanning poolside and OF COURSE drinking copious amounts of Sangria.
Here’s a few highlights from the trip but I won’t be sharing all because, well…you had to be there! ;)

Back in August I had the absolute pleasure of heading out to Greece to photograph Amy & Dan’s beautiful wedding. We stayed in the most gorgeous Villa in Anavysoss not far from the town and beach front and with it’s own pool, bar, play area AND chapel we weren’t short of well…anything! Days were spent poolside, at the beach, we went on a boat trip to the most southerly Island off of Greece and of course, celebrated (and shoot) the most stunning wedding!
With temperatures of 34-36ºc it certainly was my hottest day working to date but it didn’t stop me having the most amazing week. So here’s a few of my holiday highlights to share with you all!

After shooting for #BarbourLife, A Country Lady and I headed across to Marazion for a beach stroll and pasty - as Cornish as it gets - but that’s what I actually wanted to touch on in this post; being typically Cornish. Abi and I both grew up in Cornwall and despite being A Country Lady, Abi is also 100% a coastal lady too; and down here we have the best of both!
A typical day for Abi will start and end on the yard doing the horses (currently horse) and on this day, it was no different; accept Abi would be finishing her day at Bicton Arena as she headed off with Snips for the weekend. What happens in between these hours and on each day off can completely differ from one weekend to the next and so here’s a little taste of what to expect from our favourite equestrian blogger as she makes the most of living in Cornwall.
Be sure to also keep an eye out on our feature with Barbour as it goes live on their blog this month!
4 weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure and honour of witnessing and photographing the wedding of my two friends….in GREECE. Along with a group of 40 family and friends, we flew out for a week of sun, swimming, delicious food, a boat trip to a private Island and of course, the most AMAZING Greek wedding day.
After spending the morning in 36 degrees by the pool prepping the Wedding Arch and decorating, one by one everyone began to head in to change and prep for the 5pm wedding. With a Villa that can sleep 50 we weren’t short of space and so had a whole floors lounge to ourselves over looking the terrace for hair and make up. The atmosphere was so calming as I popped between floors and chatted to everyone: it was the most lovely way to spend the early afternoon getting ready with a mass group of my own friends and their family!
At just gone 5, once Amy was ready it was time to head poolside where all the guests had gathered for the arrival of their STUNNING Bride…emotions were at a high before she’d even walked down the ‘aisle’ setting of numerous people into floods of tears, including her incredibly patient Groom who was the last person to turn and see her (my fault ;) ). Never have I witnessed such an emotional and heart felt ceremony; AND it was led by Amy’s dad, making it even more special. With their best friends by their sides and the most honest and personal vowels, Amy & Dan could now finally celebrate officially becoming Mr & Mrs Dash!
With group shots down, we were then whisked off in the car to snap some amazing couple portraits down in Anavyssos. Hillside views overlooking the Bay started off our first location nicely before we popped to the harbour wall, leaving us with some magical golden hour images that have become some of my absolute favourite shots. They both did SO well considering that even at nearly 7pm it was STILL 36 degrees!
It was now time for a feast of delicious greek food, drink, speeches, first dance then a surprise appearance from some local dancers that had the WHOLE wedding party on their feet. Just HOW perfect was this whole day..?! I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a wedding than watching a group of people that mean so much to you dancing around, POOLside with the most amazing Villa around us, in GREECE. It was honestly a day I’ll never forget and I’m eternally grateful for being asked to not only join them abroad but be asked to capture the whole day for them too.
Amy & Dan, never have I met two people as passionate as you two, which combined, makes for a pretty impressive, strong couple with huge amounts of fire in your bellies. You’re both so hard working, honest, kind and are fabulous parents to little Alfie. You’ve got a great future ahead of you all and I wish you all the best in life as you start a happy and healthy new adventure together.
Thank you. X
